Thrown on the wheel with iron-rich blend of stoneware clay, and glazed with a Nuka ash glaze.
The Nuka glaze is made using locally sourced cherry tree ash. It has been decorated with a local iron-bearing rock (a glacial sediment) which melts into the glaze giving great depth to the surface.
Fired in the Gas kiln in a reduction atmosphere.
