A straight mug thrown on the wheel with an iron rich blend of stoneware clays, and glazed with a Nuka ash glaze.
The glaze is made using locally sourced Cherry ash and a local iron-bearing rock which gives it great depth and a rich, cream colour, with hints of blue where it breaks on the pots details.
Fired in the gas kiln in a reduction atmosphere.
